Safety, consent and fair play

Players must confirm that they are eighteen or older when creating an account. The public beta begins with one adult character; childhood and family play are not available.

Adult relationships can change a character's life, but intimate moments are never described explicitly. The game shows the relationship change or consequence, then fades away from the private moment. Pregnancy is not available in this beta.

Under-eighteen characters cannot use romance, adult work, voting, independent banking or unrestricted public writing. No appearance, biography or player message can remove that age rule.

Choose Your Life, open People & Places, then Boundaries before beginning an adult relationship story. A preference only describes what you may consider. Both people must still agree to the specific choice when it happens.

Use Withdraw everything when you need every permission you have given to end immediately. Consent given earlier does not survive a withdrawal, and another account cannot be used to avoid an account-level block.

• Choose which adult relationship actions you are open to.
• The other person must agree to the specific action.
• You can change a preference or withdraw consent.
• A block stops the action and future contact.

Block when you need contact to stop. Report when behaviour or content needs to be recorded for review. You can do both.

Use the control on the exact profile, message, Yap post, notice or Scene line when possible. A report keeps enough nearby context to understand what happened without telling the other person who reported them.

Open Help in your Pocket for an account problem, a safety concern or something without its own report button. A support notice lets you describe the issue and check its recorded status later.

Yap, Scenes, notices, reviews and other writing visible to players are checked before publication and have their own length and posting limits. If a post is rejected, edit the problem described by the page rather than repeatedly sending the same text.

Write only your own character's words, actions and feelings. Do not describe another person's body, feelings, action or agreement as if you control them. In a Scene, leave room for the other player to answer.

Important choices involving money, voting, crime and relationships are checked by the game before they become final. Repeating a click cannot create extra money, another vote or a better crime result.

Real-money purchases may support appearance choices or small conveniences only. They cannot buy a stronger character, a career, an election or extra actions.

Do not use relatives, friendly accounts, fake purchases or arranged reviews to create rewards that ordinary play would not produce. If a result looks duplicated, stop and contact Phone Help instead of trying it again.
